Classic white picket in PVC-U rather than timber. Nothing to repaint, stain or sand, and the pickets will not rot at the ground line, warp, splinter or fade. Every panel carries our limited lifetime warranty.

Choose the height by the job:

• 2.5ft (76cm) for decorative edging to a path, lawn or border.
• 3ft (91cm), the classic front-garden boundary.
• 4ft (122cm) for busier pavements and keeping a dog in.

Then the top. Straight top runs crisp and uniform across all three heights; scalloped curves softly between posts, in 3ft and 4ft. Panels are 6ft (180cm) wide from £84.95, with 8ft (244cm) straight-top panels listed when in stock.

Beyond the panels you need posts, one more than the number of panels on a straight run, plus a corner post at every turn and an end post each side of a gate. Post caps and picket caps finish the run. The fence planner counts the lot for you, or read our white picket fence guide first.
