Delivery Timeframes

Standard Products: Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered within 5-7 working days.

Custom Products: Custom-made items have a longer lead time, typically around 4-6 weeks. Please see individual product pages for more accurate estimates.

Please note that all timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on specific stock availability and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery postcode. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • UK Mainland: Standard rates apply.
  • Highlands & Islands: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote UK areas are handled by a specialist courier and will incur a surcharge. Please contact us for an accurate quotation before placing your order.

Our Delivery Process

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information from our courier partner. Deliveries are made on weekdays during standard business hours. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for and accept the goods.

Please be aware that as we ship large, bulky items, all of our deliveries are a kerbside service. This means the driver is responsible for offloading the items to the nearest safe and accessible point at your property, such as the pavement or driveway. You will need to arrange for appropriate assistance to move the items from the kerbside to your desired location (e.g., a back garden or secure storage area).

Important: Checking Your Delivery

When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect the parcels for any obvious signs of damage. Notifying us of any transit damage within 7 days of delivery will allow us to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
