Refund policy

Returns Policy

The Company aims to always provide high-quality Goods that are fault-free and undamaged. On occasion, however, goods may need to be returned. This policy outlines your rights and the process for returns.

  1. Your Right to Change Your Mind (Cooling-Off Period)

In line with UK regulations and our commitment to customer service, you have a 30-day period to change your mind and return the goods for a full refund.

    • This period begins on the day you receive the Goods.
    • You must notify us of your decision to cancel your order within this 30-day period.
    • Goods must be returned to us in their original, resalable condition with all packaging.
    • You are responsible for paying the shipment costs for returning Goods due to a change of mind.
    • This right does not apply to custom Goods that have been made to your specifications.
  2. If Goods are Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described

You have a statutory right to a full refund if you receive Goods that are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description provided.

    • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to reject the Goods and claim a full refund.
    • Please contact us within this period to arrange a collection and return. The Company is responsible for paying all return shipment costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect Goods.
    • Goods should be returned with all original packaging and documentation where possible.
    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  3. Goods Damaged in Transit

If your Goods are visibly damaged upon arrival, please sign the courier's delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged, if possible.

    • To assist us in claiming against our couriers, we kindly ask that you report any transit damage to the Company within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Please note that this 48-hour reporting period is a request to help us with our logistics partners and does not affect your statutory right to a remedy for damaged goods reported within the 30-day period outlined in section 2.
  4. How to Arrange a Return

To return Goods to the Company for any of the above reasons, please contact us directly to make the appropriate arrangements. We will guide you through the process.

  5. Warranty

If any Goods develop a fault after the initial 30-day period but within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

  6. Discretion

The Company reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns. Factors which may be taken into account include, but are not limited to: any use you may have had from the Goods; characteristics that may cause them to deteriorate rapidly; or any discounts applied at the time of purchase to reflect a known quality issue.
