Refund policy
Returns Policy
The Company aims to always provide high-quality Goods that are fault-free and undamaged. On occasion, however, goods may need to be returned. This policy outlines your rights and the process for returns.
-
Your Right to Change Your Mind (Cooling-Off Period)
In line with UK regulations and our commitment to customer service, you have a 30-day period to change your mind and return the goods for a full refund.
- This period begins on the day you receive the Goods.
- You must notify us of your decision to cancel your order within this 30-day period.
- Goods must be returned to us in their original, resalable condition with all packaging.
- You are responsible for paying the shipment costs for returning Goods due to a change of mind.
- This right does not apply to custom Goods that have been made to your specifications.
-
If Goods are Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described
You have a statutory right to a full refund if you receive Goods that are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description provided.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to reject the Goods and claim a full refund.
- Please contact us within this period to arrange a collection and return. The Company is responsible for paying all return shipment costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect Goods.
- Goods should be returned with all original packaging and documentation where possible.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
-
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your Goods are visibly damaged upon arrival, please sign the courier's delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged, if possible.
- To assist us in claiming against our couriers, we kindly ask that you report any transit damage to the Company within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please note that this 48-hour reporting period is a request to help us with our logistics partners and does not affect your statutory right to a remedy for damaged goods reported within the 30-day period outlined in section 2.
-
How to Arrange a Return
To return Goods to the Company for any of the above reasons, please contact us directly to make the appropriate arrangements. We will guide you through the process.
-
Warranty
If any Goods develop a fault after the initial 30-day period but within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.
-
Discretion
The Company reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns. Factors which may be taken into account include, but are not limited to: any use you may have had from the Goods; characteristics that may cause them to deteriorate rapidly; or any discounts applied at the time of purchase to reflect a known quality issue.
