What payment methods do you accept?

Why are there no prices on made-to-measure gates?

Our made-to-measure gates are built to your precise requirements. As the cost depends on the specific dimensions and style, please contact our sales team with your measurements for a free, no-obligation quotation.

How can I see your products before buying?

We have official showrooms in Rotherham and a partner showroom in Newhaven where you can see our products in person. Please visit our Our Showrooms page to book a visit. We also offer a range of sample packs that can be posted directly to you.

What is your returns policy?

What does the warranty cover?

Delivery & Installation

How long does delivery take?

For in-stock products, we typically dispatch within 2-3 working days for delivery within 5-7 working days. Custom-made items will have a longer lead time, which we will confirm with you at the time of order.

Do your prices include delivery?

Do I have to be in to accept the delivery?

Yes. As we deliver large, bulky items via a kerbside service, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to inspect and accept the goods.

Can Simple Fencing install my fence?
